I finally found my camera cable; so i decided to post a couple of pictures I took when i was making corn stock. Isn’t this corn gorgeous? I freakin love corn!!

Then i chopped off all the kernels to add to salads (raw of course; raw corn is amazing!) And then the corn met some garlic-yes that garlic has its skin on-and became stock. Corn stock is my new favorite stock for light soups that need a clear broth AND for chili.

Chia seeds are my favorite egg substitute for the most part, and pumpkin tends to bind better than applesauce-especially in chocolate goods. I know a lot about food and nutrition, but that doesn't mean I'm the healthiest person. I tend to avoid eating out because I know I can make food that tastes better at home.
