The brownie recipe was my frist mofo entry:

Raw Blueberry Brownies
The date-cashew cream is a really simple mixture:
soak 1/2 cup of cashews and 2 fresh pitted dates in water for 6 hours. Food process the dates, cashews and 3 Tablespoons of the water from the dates in a food processor and process until creamy. You may need to add more date water to make the sauce thin enough.

Chia seeds are my favorite egg substitute for the most part, and pumpkin tends to bind better than applesauce-especially in chocolate goods. I know a lot about food and nutrition, but that doesn't mean I'm the healthiest person. I tend to avoid eating out because I know I can make food that tastes better at home.
