>I honestly keep going back and forth about whether or not I’m going to cook for the big day. Not only will I be cooking just so that I can eat at the various places we have to stop by; but it’s my birthday, and I really think someone should cook for me.
That’s not going to happen.
so here’s my menu(everything is going to be mini!):
Tofu (w/tamari and apple cider vinegar) or Seitan En Croute
Goddess broccoli salad (raw broccoli, dried cranberries, goddess dressing- SO ADDICTIVE)
Baked sweet potato casserole w/pineapple & walnuts, topped with Dandies
Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes with three mushroom gravy (cremini, lobster, bluefoot)
Fresh Cranberry Sauce (will feature green apples and oranges-yes I’m in the south)
Apple-Chestnut cornbread stuffing (w/Chorizo,Celery, sage &; No Chicken Broth)
Green Bean Casserole; I found some organic fried onions yesterday, I need to see if they’re vegan!
annnnnnnnd Pumpkin cheezecake for dessert. I’ve got the cheezecakes made already. Tonight i will be making my cornbread so it can get stale to make delicious stuffing.
