The hummus ended up low-fat by accident; I only had 2 T of cashini and I’d already added 4 1/2 cups of chickpeas to my food processor…then I forgot to add any olive oil and just used some broth to thin this. It’s actually really good but next time I’ll probably add some oil to the mix.
