Marinade Ingredients: Tahini, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tamari, liquid smoke, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and LOTS of nutritional yeast. Next time I’ll reduce the amount of Tahini and add some olive oil; I don’t own a dehydrator and I learned yesterday that tahini burns pretty quickly and gets kind of bitter when heated. The marinade was DELICIOUS before it was heated; so I think I’ve found myself a new salad dressing too. Double win. Oh; and look at that sexy four pound bag of Kale my husband bought me. He hates the smell of kale chips baking; so he must really love me to buy me so much kale.
