I forgot my camera, after creating an amazing Gingerbread Pear cake recipe over the weekend. I will make sure to upload the pictures and the recipe for the amazing cake this evening. As with most things gingerbread, the cake contains molasses, but not so much molasses as to be overpowering. You’ll love it I hope.
Instead I’ll just post a few shots of some of the favorite things I’ve made.
